Purchasing for yourself?

If you decide that we are the photographers for you, message us and let us know. We will email you to answer any questions you may have and arrange a time to have a chat. When you are ready to book us, we can send you our contract to be signed and payment details. It is as easy as that.

Purchasing for a special person in your life?

We've simplified the process of purchasing a electronic gift voucher. Simply submit the gift voucher form (see link on this page), we'll send payment info followed by the e-voucher.

1. What I Do

I’ll photograph your session professionally and do my best to capture everything beautifully. I can’t control things like weather, location rules, or unexpected interruptions from people or animals, so specific requested shots can’t be guaranteed.

If anything unsafe or inappropriate happens, I may need to stop or leave the session, and no refund will be given in those situations.

I’ll guide you during the session, and your help with posing and pointing out important people or moments is appreciated. We don't provide any props or outfits.

2. Your Photos

Your online gallery will stay live for at least one month after I send it. Please download and save your images during that time—galleries may be removed after three months.

RAW (unedited) files are not provided. Final images are delivered fully edited; any re-edit requests are at my discretion.

3. Copyright

I keep the copyright to all images, but you can share and print them for personal use. Selling them or using them for profit requires my written permission.

4. Cancellations

Once a date is agreed upon, your date is reserved just for you. If you cancel, payments already made are non-refundable.

5. Delivery

You’ll receive your online gallery within a week of the session.

6. Use of Images

You agree that I may use photos from your session for marketing or portfolio purposes. No extra approval or payment is required.

7. If Something Out of Our Control Happens

If I can’t attend due to major unforeseen events (like natural disasters or similar emergencies) or government mandated restrictions prevent us from completing your session, you’ll be offered the opportunity to reschedule or a time-limited voucher will be given.

8. File Storage

I take care of your images until they’re delivered. After twelve months from delivery, I’m no longer responsible for storing them.

What should I wear to a photography session?

The most important thing is to wear something comfortable.

Group photos look nice when there is a uniformity in how bold or light the shirts/jerseys/dresses are, it's not necessarily about choosing the same colour. E.g. if everybody wears light/pale clothing then the image may have a light and airy look and if everybody wears bold colours then the image will still look nice, but a bit more contrasty and bold.

Wearing the same or similar shades of the same colour can also look nice.

As a general rule, either;

Everybody wears a different colour of similar saturation / richness, or
Everybody wears different shades of the same colour.
Parents that have a similar colour or style clothing as their young children always looks good.

If all else fails, tidy casual clothing will be fine - so long as you're comfortable and smiling
