None of our packages include prints; clients usually take our high resolution images and find the best value print service for themselves. We can provide a quote if you would like a photo album, canvas or framed print for other packages at an additional cost. Our preferred service is Queensberry which is accessed exclusively by photographers. Queensberry produce high quality products.

If you order through ToiToi Photography, you would expect an 14x10 flushmount, 30 page album with a genuine leather cover that comes in a standard presentation box to cost you approximately $1600.00.

Yes, of course! Depending on your location, we may quote a cost of travel and accommodation.

We ask that the non-refundable retainer i.e the 'hold your date' fee is paid when you sign your contract. We can list interim payments on your invoice, but they serve as a guide only (there is no penalty for missed interim payments). The only non-negotiable payments are the retainer to lock in your date, and the final payment two weeks prior to your event. Talk to us about how we can accommodate you.

We receive payment via internet banking (bank transfer).

We will upload five edited images from your event within one week of the event to our Facebook page - give us a like so you don't miss the preview.

We upload your high resolution images to our website in a private gallery. You will be given an access code to download or share these images within eight weeks from the date of your wedding or your last payment (which ever is the latest). We will keep your images online for a minimum time frame of one year - in this time, it is expected that you will have downloaded these images.

We upload your high resolution photos to our website for you to download or share. These photos will be in the 'Joint Photographers Expert Group' format 'JPEG'. We can provide you a USB of your images in other formats at an additional cost. We don't provide clients with the RAW images

We no longer provide our photo + hybrid video 'Pinnacles' Package.

We have a drone! Great for some different aerial perspectives, our DJI Mini 3Pro is used in our two photographer packages. Drone photography is subject to weather, venue and controlled airspace.

Images taken by ToiToi Photography remain property of ToiToi Photography. Ask to see our contract for further info.

It's in the details. We only upload high resolution images. We are interested in the quality more than quantity of our images; a client would usually receive 350+ images from our Wedding Packages. We don't limit the number of group wedding photos or charge extra for specific formalities on your wedding day e.g. speeches/first look which is why our packages are based on time. We only deliver our best images. We can help you in the planning of your day to maximise the photography coverage. We also offer drone photography in our two photographer package. Our images speak for themselves.

We love using Nikon, the image quality is top-notch. Our main cameras are Nikon Z6ii, Nikon Z7 and Nikon Z7ii with the 40mm f2, 35mm and 85mm f1.8 lenses, 50mm f1.2, 105mm f2.8 (macro) and the 14-24mm, 24-70mm and 70-200mm f2.8 lenses. We have a Nikkor 180-600mm f5.6-6.3 and Astrhori 25mm macro with up to 5x magnification. Our DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone does a great job of aerial photography. We have a backup Nikon D7200 with a 50mm f1.8 prime.

Although these are exceptional pieces of kit, it is the person behind the camera that frames and captures a good photo.

ToiToi Photography needs to be self-sustaining. About half our price goes to tax, ACC and my student loan. There are additional gear costs, travel, website and insurance. The lowest industry rate for a professional photographer is about $100/h. And then there's time spent editing. All of these factors help us to formulate our pricing.

If ToiToi is unable to complete the contract due to restrictions under the Health Act, by government our contract states that we will refund you the total package cost minus the non-refundable retainer and any already arranged accommodation or travel costs. An option to reschedule will be given.
